where Margie lived for 10 years. Come enjoy these Dutch tales told with Margie’s Southern accent and lively style.
Birds of a Feather: Stories for Bird Lovers of All Ages. This program includes historical tales of
famous birds,
as well as legends, folktales, and personal stories about birds and is both a fun and educational nature program.
How Does Your Garden Grow? Combining legends and tales about flowers from folktales, mythology and her
own experience as a late-blooming gardener, Margie emphasizes the joy of growing and sharing your stories along with
your flowers. *This program can also be presented in combination with the workshop on “Growing stories from your
Life.”
Traveling Tales. Stories from and about family trips and vacations. Whether we travel to places full of stories
or the stories travel to us from other lands and times, travel and stories belong together. And sometimes the
journey itself becomes the story.
